Returns
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible, items must be:

In their original condition (unused and unopened)

With tags attached and in the original packaging

Once your request is approved, you’ll receive a pre-paid return shipping label free of charge and detailed instructions on how to send your package.
Note: Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
We’ll review the issue quickly and make it right.
Final Sale Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

Unsealed liquids, gels, creams, or aerosol products

Hair extensions

Mannequin heads

Used tools
Electrical Tools Warranty
If your electrical tool is defective and still under the manufacturer’s warranty, we’ll honor it and provide a replacement of the same model (pending availability).
To request a warranty replacement:

Contact us with your order details, a description of the defect, and a photo of the item with its original packaging.

If approved, you’ll be asked to ship the tool to us. Shipping to our location is your responsibility. This cost responsibility applies to warranty replacements only, as standard returns receive a pre-paid label.
Exchanges
Eligible items can be exchanged within the 30-day return window.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if your refund is approved.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
