Processing & Delivery Times

We use precise timing to ensure the fastest service possible.

Timing Component Detail
Order Cutoff Time 6:00 PM Toronto Time (EST/EDT). Orders placed after this time begin processing the next business day.
Handling Time (Processing) 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday). This is the time it takes our team to prepare and package your order for pickup.
Transit Time (Shipping) 1–4 business days (Monday–Saturday). This is the carrier's estimated time to deliver the package after it leaves our facility.
Total Delivery Time The total estimated delivery time is 2–6 business days from the time you place your order.
Shipping Region We ship across Canada from our Aurora, Ontario location.


Shipping Rates

  • Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on all orders of $59 or more (before taxes).

  • Flat Rate Shipping: Orders under $59 will be charged a $10 flat shipping fee.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order—including unit, suite, or apartment numbers. nomiq is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or mis-deliveries caused by incomplete or incorrect addresses.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us right away at info@nomiq.ca or call 1(855) 886-6647 with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement as soon as possible at no additional cost to you.
