How to use:

1. Divide hair into small subsections and comb through each section before using the smoothing brush.
2. Select the desired temperature based on hair type (fine = lower heat, medium to coarse = higher heat).
3. Press the top button for instant maximum temperature or hold to lock the temperature in place.
4. Starting at the base of a section, lightly spray one pump of Perfect Defense 8–10 inches (20–25 cm) away.
5. Slowly brush the section from root to tip, letting the hair glide through the bristles.
6. Repeat until desired smoothness is achieved, allowing the heated beveled edge to reach close to the root for extra smoothness.

Optional: For an extra bend at the ends, angle the brush in the desired direction and pass the ends through the beveled edge.
