How to use:

Shampoo: Dispense 2–3 pumps (or a generous amount) into your hands, work into wet hair from roots to ends, massage for about 1–2 minutes and then rinse thoroughly. For longer hair or extra‑stressed strands, repeat.

Conditioner: After shampooing, apply 2–3 pumps (or an adequate amount) of conditioner into your hands and distribute evenly through the mid‑lengths to ends of your hair. Let it sit for ~2‑3 minutes, then rinse thoroughly.
