This Premium Developer 2% / 7 Vol is a gentle, oil-enriched cream peroxide designed for use with BLONDME lighteners and toners. Ideal for subtle toning, pastel shades, low-lightening effects, or no-lift color deposit while providing maximum care and bond protection.
BLONDME Developers:
- 2% — perfect for toning hair already lightened and for gentle bleaching
- 6% — the strength for conventional bleaching or toning on naturally light blonde
- 9% — ideal for maximum bleaching, white hair blending or lifting naturally light blonde
- 12% — lifting on natural base 6 – 7
