BLONDME Developers: 

• 2% — perfect for toning hair already lightened and for gentle bleaching
• 6% — the strength for conventional bleaching or toning on naturally light blonde
• 9% — ideal for maximum bleaching, white hair blending or lifting naturally light blonde
