Semi-Permanent Color Ghostblood White Toner is a vegan, conditioner-based dye that blends violet and blue to neutralize yellow or brassy tones on pre-lightened hair. It requires no developer, deposits rich pigment that lasts up to 25–42 washes, fades evenly, and leaves hair soft, shiny, and well-conditioned.
